Yes. Each creation is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. Slight variations are natural and part of its handmade charm.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most items are made-to-order and are usually dispatched within 3–6 working days. Custom orders may take additional time, depending on the design and order requirements. During festive or high-demand periods, timelines may extend slightly. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–8 working days depending on your PIN code across India.
Do you offer customization?
Yes, we offer color and size customization for bulk orders. Please connect with us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can assist with the details.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each Hulchal piece is handcrafted especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item is damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video within 4 hours and we will assist you with a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Since most Hulchal pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, production begins soon after your order is placed.
Once your order has been placed, cancellations will not be possible.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
