Returns & Replacements

At Hulchal, every piece is handcrafted and carefully packed with multiple levels of inspection so it reaches you safely and beautifully.

Since most of our creations are made in limited batches and often handcrafted, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations once an order is confirmed.

🌿 Replacement for Transit Damage

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.

We offer a replacement only if:
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product is damaged during transit

To request a replacement:

• Please record a clear parcel opening video
• The video must show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the issue clearly
• Share the video with us on WhatsApp within 4 hours of delivery

If we are not informed within 4 hours, we may not be able to process the request.

📦 After Approval

• Replacement will be dispatched within 4–5 working days (subject to availability)
• If the item is out of stock, a credit note of equal value will be issued
• The credit note will be valid for 30 days
