📦 Order Preparation & Dispatch

Each Hulchal creation undergoes careful finishing and quality checks before dispatch.

Standard orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.
Bulk orders may require additional preparation time depending on quantity.
Customized or made-to-order pieces require 6–12 working days, depending on the design intricacy.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Dispatches are not scheduled on weekends or national holidays.

🚛 Delivery Timelines (India)

Estimated delivery timeline within India: 3–8 working days via surface shipping.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination city or remote location access.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Certain restricted or defence locations may have limited courier serviceability.

For urgent requirements, express air shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

🌍 International Shipping

Hulchal proudly ships worldwide.

International shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) as per courier guidelines.
All prices and shipping charges are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
International orders are dispatched only after full payment, including shipping charges, is received.

⚠️ Delivery Responsibility & Return Shipments

We request our customers to ensure availability at the provided delivery address.

In case the consignee is unavailable at the time of delivery and no prior information has been provided to us for shipment hold or rescheduling, the courier may return the parcel to origin.

In such cases, the shipping charges for return and re-dispatch will be borne by the client.
